1. Occupation:
Before you book the tour with us, please guarantee that you are not diplomats, journalists or government officials. Because they have to travel to Tibet under the arrangement by the Foreign Affairs Office of Tibet Government according to the governmental policy.
2. Bookings and Payment
Bookings are understood that you agreed the formal confirmation letter your travel consulates sent to you.
We can only start to operate your tour on the condition of that we received your payments or deposit. there is the payment guide.
Your travel consulate will send the formal confirmation letter to you after we received the payment or deposit.

3. Reservations and
Payments
We suggest you book your Tibet tour at least 45 days before your arrival
date, especially for the peak season of August and September. Below is
our reservation policy.
a. If the booking is made two months (60 days) prior to your arrival in
Lhasa, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost plus transportation fares
(flight, train) is required to secure your reservation when you confirm
your trip with us.
b. If the booking is made within two months (60 days), but 15 days prior
to your arrival in Lhasa, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost plus
transportation fares (flight, train)is required to secure your
reservation when you confirm your trip with us.
c. If the booking is made within 15 days prior to your arrival in Lhasa,
you are required to pay in full, i.e. total tour cost and transportation
fares.

4. Cancellation and refunds
- If you would like to cancel your bookings, it must be in writing, e-mail or fax .
- If you cancel your tour 30days before start, the 10% of your tour will be retained and we will refund your rest;
- If you cancel your tour within 30days and 15days before your start, you can get 70% refunds of your full payment of your tour;
- If you cancel your tour within 15days and 7 days before your arrival, you can get only 50% of your full payment of your tour;
- If you cancel your our without any prior notice, or within one week, no refund.

4. Modification
We will revised the proposals to your satisfaction without limit before you confirmed with us. And we will provide free modification for 3 times after you booked the tour. And from the fourth time, you will be charged USD 20 for each modification.
